Fees are in euros (€) and inclusive of :

. yoga Teacher Training tuition and TT manual
. accommodation for 22 nights at Ananda Cottages* 
  (in double occupancy high standard A/C room)
. three delicious vegetarian meals a day
. unlimited purified water and herbal teas
. two way airport pickup (or anywhere else on the island of Bali)

Fees do not include:

. airfare to Bali
. travel insurance and other travel related expenses
. drinks at Ananda Cottages (other than water and herbal tea)
. optional outings and group activities (i.e. a visit to the traditional Balinese healer)
. the cost for recommended reading books

Children up to age 12 can stay in parents’ room free of charge.

The accomodation includes dinner on 29th July (we expect you at the beginning of the program at 6:00 pm) and lunch on 20th of August.

*Double room occupancy - if you have roommate specifications, let us know and we will gladly find you the perfect match!

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (€500) is due for each person upon registration.

Payments received in full prior to 1st April 2009 will be charged with early booking discount (€ 2700 per person instead of € 2900).
No discounts are available for partners not doing yoga.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon receipt of deposit or full payment.

The full balance is due by 15th June 2009, six weeks prior to the GaiaTreeYoga Teacher Training retreat. 


Cancellation Policy

Once a deposit or the balance has been paid, cancellations must be made in writing to GaiaTreeYoga.

If you cancel up to six weeks prior to the retreat, we will charge a € 500 cancellation fee per person (your non-refundable deposit).

No refunds will be granted for cancellations within six weeks of the Teacher Training retreat.

No refunds will be made for failure to attend or to complete the Teacher Training retreat.

Refunds will be processed after the Teacher Training retreat ends. Our cancellation policy is firm. No transfers are permitted.

If the TT is cancelled by GaiaYoga you will receive your deposit / fee back in full.


Limitation of Liability

GaiaTreeYoga or Seeds of Yoga cannot be responsible nor liable for any injury, loss or damage of property, or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of GaiaTreeYoga or Seeds of Yoga.
